About
Practical guides for the parts of family life nobody hands you a manual for.
Most parenting advice is written for a family that doesn't exist — the one with two calm adults, unlimited time, a child who responds on the first ask, and a house that stays tidy between visitors.
That is not most of us.
Kitchen Table Guides are built for the household you actually have. The one where dinner is late, someone is melting down, and the plan you made on Sunday fell apart by Tuesday. Every guide is designed to be opened at the kitchen table, read in the ten minutes you actually have, and used the same week.
What makes these different
- Written to be used, not admired. Scripts, checklists and printables — not two hundred pages of theory you'll never finish.
- Built for real constraints. Limited time, limited money, limited patience. We assume all three.
- No shame, no perfect-parent posturing. You're not failing. The advice you were given just didn't fit your life.
- Yours to keep. Buy once, download instantly, print as often as you like. No subscription, no app, no account to manage.
The five guides
The library covers five different pressure points in family life. Most households need one or two of them right now, and a different one next year.
- One Income, One Plan — a money system for single parents, built for unpredictable income and no backup.
- Boys Who Feel — raising emotionally intelligent boys, ages 4–17, in ten-minute pieces.
- The Low-Waste Family — cutting household waste without the guilt, the gadgets, or the purity tests.
- Under One Roof — sensory-smart rooms and routines for families with ADHD and autistic children.
- Solo, Not Scrambling — time, meal prep and backup plans for one-adult households.
About the Complete Kitchen Table Library
The Complete Kitchen Table Library is all five guides in a single purchase — $69 instead of the $125 they cost individually.
It is worth being precise about what that is, because "bundle" can mean a lot of things online:
- It's the full guides, not samples. Each of the five PDFs in the library is byte-for-byte the same file sold on its own product page. Nothing is abridged and nothing is held back for a later upsell.
- Everything arrives at once. One checkout, one email, all five files. There's no drip schedule and no waiting between guides.
- It isn't a subscription. One payment, no renewal, no account, no expiry. The files are yours to keep and re-print.
- It's 182 pages in total, including every worksheet, printable and card from all five guides.
Should you buy it? Only if two or more of the guides speak to you. If just one matches what's hard right now, buy that one for $25 — that's the better decision and we'd rather you made it. From two guides upward the library costs less than buying separately, and most families find they need different guides in different seasons.
More detail, including what happens if you already own one of the guides, is on our FAQ page.
How it works
Every guide is an instant-download PDF. Your download link arrives by email the moment your order goes through — usually within a minute or two. Save it to your phone, print the pages you'll actually use, and stick the rest on the fridge. Nothing ships, there are no delivery fees anywhere in the world, and if a link ever fails we'll replace it free.
Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final — so every product page tells you exactly what's inside before you commit, and you can always ask us first if you're unsure which guide fits. Our full refund policy explains the reasoning and what we do instead.

One guide, one problem, one evening
Every guide starts with a question we've been asked more than once. We research it properly, then cut everything that isn't usable by Tuesday. What's left is short on purpose.
No affiliate links, no upsell funnels, no chapters of preamble before the useful part.
