Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any Kitchen Table Guides product.

Why

Every product we sell is a digital file delivered instantly. The moment your order is confirmed, a download link is emailed to you and the guide is yours — permanently, on your device, with nothing to send back. Because a digital download cannot be returned or recovered once delivered, we are not able to offer refunds, exchanges, or partial credits.

This applies to individual guides and to bundles, including The Complete Kitchen Table Library. It applies whether or not the file has been opened.

What we do instead

We know a firm no-refund policy puts the weight on the decision you make before checkout, so we try to make that decision as easy as possible:

Every product page lists what's inside. Each guide's page sets out its chapters, who it's written for, and what it does not cover.
Ask us before you buy. Email us describing your situation and we'll tell you which guide fits — or tell you honestly that none of them do. We would rather lose a sale than take money for something that won't help.
Bundle contents are linked. The Complete Library page links to every guide included, so you can read each full description before committing.

Problems with your download

A refund and a broken file are different things, and a broken file is always our responsibility to fix. If any of the following happens, contact us and we will resolve it at no cost:

Your download email never arrived
Your download link has expired or fails to open
The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open as a PDF
You received the wrong guide
You were charged more than once for the same order

In these cases we will resend the correct file, issue a fresh link, or — in the case of a duplicate charge — return the duplicated amount. You paid for a guide you can actually open, and that part is on us.

Cancellations

Because delivery is immediate and automatic, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement. If you are buying from a jurisdiction that grants you a non-waivable right of withdrawal on digital purchases, that right stands regardless of what is written here.
